Kew Giggles Team
To enhance the development of your child while in the care of our Giggles team, we have staff from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Our staff have a wonderful combination of personal and educational experiences that aid the childrens development in the 6 areas of the EYFS.
With an array of different childcare qualifications and different languages each member of staff bring their own fresh and unique ideas to the daily activities of the children, they work as a team to ensure that each approach is combined to make sure the children gain the most from their time with us.
Ellie Burke (Based at Glocester Rd)
Level 3 qualified, Ellie has many years of experience working with children. Ellie has worked with us at Gloucester Rd house for the last two years and at the cottage for a year. Ellie successfully registered with Ofsted as a childminder on November 2020.
Ellie's son also attends Kew giggles on a part time basis.
Leah Wallace (Based at The Cottage)
Leah's vast experience in childcare is base in many years working with children off all ages. She has work in SEN for local schools and families. Prevoisly worked with Kew Giggles for over 4 years in the early years of her career and now she has returned to work with us doing what she loves. childminding!
Pilar Espinosa (Based at Gloucester Rd)
Originally from Spain, Pilar came to the UK to learn English and the culture a few years back, she did 6 months of voluntary work for us in 2018 and then went back to Spain. In 2020 she retun to start a position as our assitant. Pilar is currently going through the process of registering as a childminder and she is also studying towwards her level 2 in early years and developmet.
Jorge Trejo (Base at the cottage)
Jorge is starting his career in childcare, previously wokring in holiday kids clubs in Cancun, his love for the childcare industry started. He arrived in London and worked in the retail industry for a while, but persuing his childcare career, he started working with us in April 21. He has taken the basic training and its aiming to start his NVQ 2 in January.
