Kew Giggles Team
To enhance the development of your child while in the care of our Giggles team, we have staff from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Our staff have a wonderful combination of personal and educational experiences that aid the childrens development in the 6 areas of the EYFS.
With an array of different childcare qualifications and different languages each member of staff bring their own fresh and unique ideas to the daily activities of the children, they work as a team to ensure that each approach is combined to make sure the children gain the most from their time with us.
Ellie Burke
Ellie is the manager of the studio. She is a well stablish member of the team with over 15 years of childcare experince. Level 3 qualified, Ellie has been at Kew Giggles since 2018. She became the manager of one of the branches in 2021.
Ellie has a son Rudy who also attended Kew giggles on a part time basis and now has moved on to full time school.
Pilar Espinosa
Pilar has been at Kew giggles since 2017, originally from Spain, Pilar came to London to experinece the culture and learn the English language. In 2018 she started a full time position as our assitant. Pilar holds a level 2 in Early Years and Developmet and it's currently studying her level 3 in early years, pilar primarily works at the studio along side Ellie.
Lucy Grandville
Lucy joined our team in February 2023, whilst been here she has completed her level 3 in early years qualification with a merit, also succesfully achieving her childminders registration with Ofsted in 2026. Lives in kew with her family. Lucy has 3 children who all attend local schools.
Caitlin Doyle
With a Bachelors degree in sports therapy, Caitlin has Gained her experinece on working with children thourgh working in many envirolments where she had the chance to manage children's entretainment includying Gymnastic placement and sports centers, Caitlin has also worked as a private nanny and working in a childmidners with her mum at home. Caitlin joined the team in September 2024.
and is curenlty working towards her level 3 in early years qualification.
